Shipping

All orders are shipped with insurance and track & trace. It may take a few days before you receive your tracking details. Please note that during checkout, shipping is first shown without VAT. 

Free (European Union) / €10 (Rest of the world)

Express shipping

During checkout, customers from select countries are able to select express shipping.

Orders below €100:

€20 (The Netherlands) / €25 (European Union) / €30 (US, Canada and select countries)

Orders from €100:

€10 (The Netherlands) / €15 (European Union) / €20 (US, Canada and select countries)

Customers from other countries that are interested in express shipping, please contact us and we’ll most probably be able to manually arrange express shipping.

VAT/Customs

On all orders from inside the European Union, VAT is included. Outside the European Union, VAT is not included. Please be advised that these orders might be subject to fees for customs or import. Please check with your local authorities.

Returns

You are free to return your watches without specific reason for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 14 days of the order date. Returns should be unused and in the original packaging. To return, please contact us.

Cancellation

Before dispatch, you are free to cancel your order for a full refund by contacting us.

Warranty

We offer one year factory warranty starting on purchase date. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the case or strap, defects or damage resulting from accident, misuse, abnormal use, abnormal conditions, improper storage, exposure to liquid, moisture, dampness, sand or dirt, neglect, or unusual physical stress.
